Why I care

I know what it feels like when everything depends on you.

Before I advised founders, I was one. I built, scaled and exited businesses of my own — and I carried the weight that comes with them.

The kitchen table

It started with a vision, passion, single-minded determination and resilience — all whilst raising three young children

I became an entrepreneur because I wanted control of my time and my life as a mother of three young children. I had a compelling idea, a clear vision and the determination to build something I could point to and say: I built that. I built Rush Trampoline Parks from my kitchen table, taking on every challenge with focus and resilience.

The night before we opened, I felt the full weight of responsibility — for my staff’s livelihoods, their careers, their families. Then Rush became an instant success. It was like letting a tiger out of its cage: $10 million in annual revenue, over a million customers, 200 staff across two UK sites.

But rapid growth created dependency, firefighting and pressure. Everything came back to me — and over time the cost was stress, health and quality of life. Discovering EOS® in 2019 gave me the clarity and structure I had been searching for. I exited the business in 2020, but EOS® stayed with me — and its relevance only grew through every leadership role that followed.

Founders do not just need a better business. They need a better experience of leading it.

The journey

Built, scaled, exited — not advised from the sidelines

1997–2005

Banking rigour

Vice President roles at JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse First Boston, trading equity derivatives, and structuring hedge fund derivative products to sell to private banks and institutional investors across Europe, Asia and Latin America. I closed transactions totalling over $2 billion.

2014–2023

Two exits

Founder & CEO of Rush Trampoline Parks — scaled to $10M revenue and 1M+ customers. Founder & CEO of Girl Power Nutrition t/a BOMIMO — Telegraph/NatWest Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs to Watch 2022, supplier to Holland & Barrett.

2024–Today

Turnaround to Abu Dhabi

Joint Managing Director of Splash About International and Bambino Mio, leading two consumer brands through a post-acquisition phase — before relocating to Abu Dhabi to work alongside the region’s founders full-time.

How I work in the room

Clarity, safety and courageous conversations

  • I listen for what is not being said.
  • I sense the blockers, tensions and dynamics.
  • I create enough safety for honest conversations.
  • I guide teams to discover the answers together.
  • I combine practical tools with lived experience and intuition.

The goal is always the same: clarity, alignment and action.
